The furniture showed significant wear and needed cleaning, especially the cushions and chairs that had a noticeable amount of grime. Hallway carpets, particularly on the fifth floor, required deep cleaning and some sections looked as if they were stained with something alarming. it truly put a damper on our experience.

the king suite was spacious and comfortable. we had a living room with a kitchenette, a nice bedroom, and a bathroom with a hot shower. loved the view from the top floor! it's just a short walk down to the beach, making it super convenient. the staff was very helpful, and we appreciated the easy check-in and check-out.

The kitchenette in our Family Suite was a nice touch for simple meals. However, the room had visible signs of neglect. The carpet looked old and stained, and there was a musty smell that lingered. Although the size of the suite was adequate for our family, there was no adequate seating other than the beds. We had to sit on the beds for everything, which felt uncomfortable after a long day. The bathroom could use some serious attention. The shower faucet had issues, making it difficult to get the right temperature. Also, the refrigerator was packed with ice buildup, making it hard to store anything. Overall, a mixed experience with a fantastic location but an urgent need for updates.

However, the absence of breakfast and some maintenance issues, like flickering lights and broken shower handles, detracted from the experience.
