Close proximity to the beach makes it convenient for fun in the sun. The family suite offers spacious accommodations ideal for group gatherings.
The furniture showed significant wear and needed cleaning, especially the cushions and chairs that had a noticeable amount of grime. Hallway carpets, particularly on the fifth floor, required deep cleaning and some sections looked as if they were stained with something alarming. it truly put a damper on our experience.

The location near the beach was excellent—just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Check-in was quick, and they answered all our questions with a smile. The kitchenette in our Family Suite was a nice touch for simple meals. However, the room had visible signs of neglect. The carpet looked old and stained, and there was a musty smell that lingered. Although the size of the suite was adequate for our family, there was no adequate seating other than the beds. We had to sit on the beds for everything, which felt uncomfortable after a long day. The bathroom could use some serious attention. The shower faucet had issues, making it difficult to get the right temperature. Also, the refrigerator was packed with ice buildup, making it hard to store anything. Overall, a mixed experience with a fantastic location but an urgent need for updates.

Comfortable stay in a large King Suite with a convenient kitchenette and nearby beach access. Enjoyed the homemade yogurt at a local café within walking distance. However, the absence of breakfast and some maintenance issues, like flickering lights and broken shower handles, detracted from the experience. It's worth noting that the hotel is still undergoing renovations, leading to outdated decor and facilities which may need updating.

It was just a nice choice for a concise stay in Cocoa Beach with great value-to-price ratio. The couch in the living room was the most horrific thing I've ever seen! Remember to bring your own snacks since the kitchenette isn't well-stocked.
